Still making out a menu....

It makes me feel prepared for the week.  It takes away the agony of meal time prep! Here it is...even though it is already Tuesday....

Sunday
B: Fruit, lemon yogurt, and eggs
D: @ church
S: Chicken Curry over Brown Rice (co-op meal served with Rice and Carrot Cilantro Salad)

Monday
B: Pancakes
L: Curry, Sesame Crackers & Hummus, Kiwi, Lemon Yogurt
S: Leftovers (Ginger Ckn from freezer)

Tuesday
B: Boiled Egg, Avocado, Pineapple, Oj
L: Ginger Chicken, Sesame Crackers, Cucumbers & Hummus, Pineapple, Apple
S: Viki Cooks (Oven Baked chicken smothered in totally healthy gravy, brown rice, and Homemade sprouted wheat organic biscuits....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE)  Thank you, Viki!

Wednesday
B: Muffins...Fig, banana, and pear baked oatmeal
L: PB and Jelly on WW bread, Grapefruit, Strawberry Yogurt, Cucumbers
S: Onions, Peppers, Tomato, Asparagus and Tilapia, Garden Salad with Carrot cilantro salsa

Thursday
B:Waffles
L: Tilapia or Ginger Chicken
S: LT cooks co-op

Friday
B;Choice of Muffins/waffles with boiled egg
L: leftovers
S: LT co-op

Saturday
B: omelets, fruit, waffles
L: Soup and veg bundles
S: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad 

Sunday
B:Scrambled Egg, fruit salad
D: Apricot Glazed Chicken, Spinach Salad with poppy seed dressing
S: Choice
