Monday:
B- Hot oatmeal with canned stewed pears
L- Ham sandwiches, orange slices, granola bars
S- Hearty Potato Soup (received co-op meal)
Tuesday:
B- blueberry muffins/ baked oatmeal muffins and blueberry smoothie
L- Beef Stew and homemade yeast rolls (delivered co-op)
S- "Larry Special" B-que salad
Wednesday:
B-Waffles with pear butter, juice
S-Moroccan Chicken & jasmine rice with chopped garden salad
(left-overs) To make this meal easier for the kiddos...I deboned the chicken and mixed it with rice.
Thursday:
B-Cereal --(yep, from a box) and juice
L-Mac and Cheese, yogurt and pear sauce
S- Southwestern Chicken (delivered co-op)
Friday:
-
B-Egg, Sausage and Cheese English Muffins
L-Supper preview :-)
S-Cafe Rio Supper
Saturday:
B-omelets and waffles
L-chili pizza, ham and bacon pizza, and chicken alfredo florentine pizza & garden chopped salad
S-Bacon/Tomato Sandwiches
Dessert: Apple Pie and Pumpkin pie
Sunday:
B-omelets and waffles w/pear butter
L-ate at church (I took butter beans, field peas, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie)
S-left over pizza
